Motivation to lose weight - probably the largest Factor of success in weight loss

Let us be realistic. Their desire to eat yummy is a very powerful and tireless force. You can not really being hit and this is why people feel they need constant motivation (external) to fight.

I say 'why do it?'

Why fight it when not needed? I do not mean you should give in and eat all kinds of food waste any time. I mean why don't they call happy 24/7? Thus, eating is free of tension and not a chore or something to dread.

How to do this is to eat healthy foods, but be sure of good taste. Instead of sugar or something sugary to sweeten its breakfast cereals, try adding fruit, raisins, cinnamon or all three. Rather than store bought air-popping popcorn try their own and the addition of a small amount of butter? Still taste the butter without excess oils and salt come with packaging materials.

Another way to eat what you like but are healthier is to use the principle of dilution (just dilution means water down something and make it less focused.) If you like pasta with cream sauce try to use the smallest amount of sauce possible but still we make sure that you know well. This way you still get all the enjoyment without feeling like you in denying you same in any way. Same with popcorn maize or toasted bread, butter, salad dressings syrup for pancakes, icing on cakes, etc....

Being creative, you can discover many ways to drastically reduce your caloric intake without sacrificing any enjoyment. Thus, motivation comes to life from the inside and required behaviors for weight loss changes do not seem so bad.
