One Thing I'm doing wrong - and how has changed to have the body of my dreams! Reading this!

For years I was frustrated with weight loss. I was overweight. I have worked so hard and so long with diet and exercise in the gym routines, but there was no improvement.

Increasingly blow money for a new product for weight loss or diet program. Each time you did, found me "Que" response. I am so excited.

Each time it seemed good at the beginning where would lose a few pounds quickly. (Later I learn is water fair that had been lost.) Then leave, and I got discouraged because they would normally be incredibly strict to follow - ultra long and grueling workouts, or starvation - or both. When this fails, saltaría only in the next plan.

A further problem was that, since these programmes were strict and hard to follow, when stopped, fall into worst habits than to eat.

The error was in the focus. I was always on the short term. I was not thinking in a healthy lifestyle and a lifetime of fitness. It was only focusing on "get in shape" for the "season".

What made my fortune turn was that I stood someone made me to see the correct way. The correct way of was not only short term, it was long term. And amazingly enough - when this approach and had followed a programme of this kind, the rate of loss of fat at least 10 times more than those I had with "fad diets".

Without starving myself, without spending hours at a gym, I was able to lose at least five times a fat as I did with starvation diets. Why and how?

I made my decision to follow a lifestyle - a healthy: very short (20 minutes) of resistance training 2 or 3 times per week; not eating habits which consists only in nutrients, foods taking much sleep quality and resting and being well hydrated - was hard to embrace this way of life. It is long-term, but that doesn't mean that it will have the body you want "in the long term".

For me, means "having body wanted in only a couple of weeks", but keeping that body and my health for a long, long time - is what it means to "long term".

I hope you can see the way as I did and change their habits of "diet breaks" diet....
