How to set your Fitness and health objectives

It is crucial to start a new fitness regime, setting firm targets to help you keep it. This can lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks, losing 2 inches in 2 weeks or perhaps by a 5 km in less than 30 minutes. Objectives are intended to be personal and everyone will have different ones.


Some people choose goals quite conservative so that you can be sure of reaching them. People may be a little intimidated by objectives harder - it is not unusual. M - measurable - must be able to keep track of it.


-Achievable - have the confidence to get there, what can be done by assuming that you have the capacity, resources and time


R realistic - similar to achievable, but the species over what to do with their capacity, resources and time


T - based time - set a timetable for achieving your goals.
